At PokéTradeX, your satisfaction as a Pokémon collector comes first. We take great care in inspecting, packaging, and shipping every card and product to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered.


✅ Eligible Returns


We accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong item

• Your order arrived damaged during shipping

• There is a listing error in product details (condition, version, etc.)


If any of the above occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you quickly.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

To protect collectors and maintain card authenticity:

• All sales of Pokémon single cards are final

• Damage caused after delivery is not eligible for refunds

💰 Refund Process

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider.

📦 Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered in cases where an identical replacement is available. If not, a refund will be provided.
